These terms govern your use of T-Mend, provided by T-Mend. By using the website or the workspace, you agree to them. If you use T-Mend on behalf of a team or organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
Using T-Mend
You may use T-Mend to analyze conversations and notes that you have the right to share. You agree not to submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, scrape it, or use it to build a competing product.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text you paste and the results you export. You give us a limited permission to process that text solely to provide the analysis back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output
T-Mend's summaries, task lists, warnings and dates are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before relying on them, especially for graded work, contractual deadlines or decisions about people. You are responsible for how you use the output.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is provided at no cost and may change or have usage limits added to keep the service available for everyone. The Pro Workspace plan is in early access; pricing and features will be confirmed in writing before you are ever charged, and paid subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
Availability
We work to keep T-Mend running, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, T-Mend will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, grades or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll post the new version here and update the date above. Continuing to use T-Mend after a change means you accept the updated terms.
